Urdu Ramadan Recipes For The Iftar and Sehri


Aalo Baday is the very light and delicious dish very tasty to eat So many people want make it in the Fasting Opening day. Its very easy to make So read very care Fully below Its Ingredients and Preparation


500 g potatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp dried pomegranate seeds(optional)
1 tsp cumin seeds cumin seeds
2 green chillies,finely chopped salt to taste
1/4 cup fresh coriander,chopped
Batter:
1/2 cup gramflour
salt to taste
pinch of baking soda
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp oil
water
For the batter,mix batter ingredients and enough water for a thin consistency batter
Boil and skin potatoes. Mash well.
Mix balls ingredients in a bowl
Shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter
Dip in the batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown
